Responsibilities

Controls steam-driven turbo generators in electric power generating station: Starts or signals auxiliary-equipment operator to start turbines and boiler auxiliary units.
Monitors panel board to control operations of turbines to detect equipment malfunctions.
Stops turbines when malfunctions occur, following operating instructions.
Records instrument readings at specified... intervals.
May perform minor maintenance or equipment, using hand tools.
When controlling operation by remote control, may be designated Central-Control-Room Operator.
Know how to start and stop boilers and the turbine/generators in a safe and efficient manner and bring them on and off line either manually / automatic as per plant design with respect to require safety.
Maintain the determined electrical production output
Monitor, test and maintain proper power plant chemistry
Follow Company Policies and Procedures
Control power generating equipment, including boilers, turbines, generators, or reactors, using control boards or semi-automatic equipment.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering, plant option.
2-3 years experience in turbine operation and maintenance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet assigned targets.
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Problem solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Hands on experience in turbine operation and maintenance.
Ability to perform PM, CM and emergency maintenance of the turbines.
Experience in power generation setting preferred.
Hands on knowledge of gearbox operations and maintenance. more

Responsibilities

Installation and servicing of all electrical equipment within the factory as assigned by the supervisor.
Attend to all electrical and machine breakdowns within the factory.
Carry out maintenance as per schedule.
Operating and servicing of the Utilities like Transformer, DG, TG, Solar, Boiler, Air Compressor, ETP, RO Plant, Chiller, Cooling Tower, etc.
Monitoring the load... currents and performance of all electrical equipment’s within the factory
Responsible for daily electricity and generator consumption reports and other electrical records and logbooks with root cause analysis periodically.
Assisting in minor jobs related to electronic, instruments, ICT, etc.
Participate in implementation of capital projects within the factory.
To maintain records and make reports of the work accomplished.
Identifying aspects related to electrical section and implementing associated operational controls and programs in all systems EMS, QMS and OHAS
Ensuring 6K and safety requirements are observed/ implemented and maintained.
Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

Qualifications

3-5 years With relevant experience in Electrical installation and maintenance with respect to Application, other Industrial Utilities like Chiller, Air Compressor, DG, Transformer, Boilers, other Plant Machineries, Process Plant, Utility Distribution, Calibration, Programming of equipment like, PLC, HMI, Microprocessor, etc. more

Responsibilities

Repairing and servicing factory machines and replacing parts as necessary.
Performing timely preventive and corrective maintenance on factory machines and equipment.
Carrying out machine and equipment breakdown analysis and prepare appropriate action plans.
Maintaining records for the machines i.e., operating hours, service schedule.
Monitoring and reporting on the daily... mechanical fitting activities in the plant.
Monitoring mechanical condition of equipment
Planning and coordinating maintenance and projects work in engineering.
Ensuring smooth and safe operation of process machines and equipment.
Assisting in general fitting, piping, fabrication, drawings, and welding works
Ensuring all incidents, accidents/ injuries, emergencies in the department are reported as required.
Ensuring parameters related to all systems EMS, QMS and OHAS aspects are measured/ monitored according to requirement.
Ensuring 6K and safety requirements are observed/ implemented and maintained.
Responsible for implementing preventive maintenance work by Co-operation with the process departments.

Qualifications

3-5 years
With relevant experience in Mechanical maintenance in respect to fitting, machining, welding and installation machines and equipment’s.
Trouble Shooting and repairing with analysis like Various types of Pumps, Gearbox, Piping, Materia logy, Machine and tools, PHE, ID, FD Fan, Various types of Valves, Computer Knowledge and operation, Various types of Seals, Sealant, Lubrication, measurement, alignment, Utility and its distribution like Air Compressor, Chillers, Cooling Tower, RO, ETP, DG, Electrical knowledge, etc more

Responsibilities

Installing applications and computer peripherals.
Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems.
Guiding users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
Conducting remote troubleshooting.
Testing alternative pathways until the issue is resolved.
Customizing desktop applications to meet user needs and... automation.
Recording technical issues and solutions in logs.
Following up with users to ensure their systems are functional.
Help creating technical documentation and manuals. Resolving tickets, analyzing users reported information to identify problems and concerns.

Requirements and skills
