Audit of the existing systems and processes that could be managed by an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) which could be any one or combination of the following: Applicant Tracking System, compensation and benefits tracking, payroll systems, recordkeeping
Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
An implementation plan to address
... the organization’s HR systems and process needs as outlined in the audit report. The implementation plan also advises the executive team / HR department of benefits, legal requirements, vendor comparisons, and recommendations on building consensus and compliance
Training on maintenance tasks with handoffs so all admin privileges are exclusively owned by the Organization
Additional Details
We have no HR system at all and we would like a system that manages staff from applications to employments, payroll and benefits to exit
