Responsibilities:

Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the correct execution of the 5p's at the point of sale, seeking to generate benefits for our clients and CP, proactively understanding the needs of our clients and recommending solutions to the different requirements.
Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory with respect to the objective of the Channel.
Carry out the... administrative work of the account which includes: request for credit notes, rebates, or support for them, monitoring and maintenance of the current account.
Guarantee compliance with the credit policies established by the company.
Make visits to the field to monitor the activities of the competition and inform the commercial team, identify opportunities and transfer them to the commercial team for strategies development that respond to competitive changes in the market.
Maintain a proactive communication with the customer to present samples, license plates and necessary stationery about the new products; inform and implement price changes.
Customer Inventory Management, from order taking (where applicable) based on customer inventory levels, tracking its delivery, and subsequently ensuring the supply of products in the store, both on the shelf and in stores. additional off-shelf exhibits.
Analyze information generated through statistics to make the right decisions that benefit the company and the customer, such as promotional plans, negotiation and monitoring of Growth Plans, programming and offers planning for each customer, Joint Business Plan (JBP) preparation.
Manage communication with the customer through periodic meetings such as Top to Top (T2T), business review, negotiation and Joint Business Planning monitoring, commercial and promotional plans, etc.; as with the company outsourcing, communicating strategies and customer’s negotiation during regular meetings with the merchants team and supervisors, following up on the solution of specific problems of the different formats and finally with CATMAN (where applicable) to ensure the implementation of planimetry strategies.
Monitor the performance of each team member (when applicable) through the PM and D (Performance Management and Development) process. Provide advice and timely feedback for the staff development and achievement of business objectives, ensuring that all the members of the team are clear about the R&R of their positions and promoting teamwork to ensure a motivated team oriented to their results.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Engineering
At least 2 years in commercial area (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing)
At least 1 year experience in Field positions within the Consumer Goods (CG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
Hands-on experience in dealing with customers in the market.
Previous work experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

Job Summary:

To implement the annual strategic goals and objectives of the school programs plan.
Strengthen Colgate's image with the Dental Profession and expand reach of oral health education within target population

Key Responsibilities:

BSBF
Plan and implement the BSBF program in line with global and regional guidelines in Kenya and reach objectives in terms of schools and... children.
Plan and run the full year budget for the BSBF program.
Reporting: complete on time using global and regional formats and submit to the Strategic Growth Centre all reports for BSBF programs.
Professional Relations:
Detailing: Visiting dentists & distributing samples
Professional activities with students:
Plan & carry out activities related to Dental University & KMTC Students
Improve digital interaction with students and professionals
Work with the agencies to manage activities in a timely manner.
Activities with the Profession:
Liaise with KDA to Carry out Quarterly CPD meetings.
Assist in preparation and attendance of the Annual Dental conferences.
Partner with Dental Associations during the WOHD activities.
Leadership/supervision:
This position reports directly to the BSBF Manager, East and South Central Africa and ability to work with a high level of initiative and under minimal supervision.
Implement both programs within set deadlines.
Hold regular meetings with functional managers from other areas especially Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain and Logistics.
Supervise implementation and results and communicate to commercial team.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Develop strong relationships with the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Dental Associations, academic institutions and other governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Develop and implement BSBF initiatives through the agencies.
Plan and lead full year BSBF with the relevant KPI’s
Support Marketing led activities such as Oral Health Month.
Report on results of the Schools program to the Strategic Growth Centre on a monthly basis.
Meticulous budgeting
Plan, supervise and report on all logistical components of samples for BSBF and Professional.
Any other activity as may be assigned by their supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Public health or Dentist, Business,
Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Health or Dentist Experience or Program Management.
Minimum 2 Years of Consumer Goods Proven Experience
