Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update staff records and database.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, redirecting them as necessary.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Greet and assist visitors to the

- Perform data entry, scanning, and photocopying duties as required.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management course or a related field
- 0 - 1 year of experience.
- Completion of the compulsory NYSC program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office.
