Purpose

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals of an experienced organization with innovative but cost-effective ideas to roll out digital marketing campaign services. The response of the agency shall focus on the creative development and execution of digital and social media content.

Objective

Kimisitu PLC is currently rolling out various projects to... investors and participants in the real estate industry. The overall objective of this assignment is to deliver a strategic digital and creative content to communicate investment projects to the digital audience. The target audience is the Kimisitu PLC Shareholders, Kimisitu Sacco Members, and the General Public. However, some projects may have specific target audiences and shall be advised Digital Marketing Services

The deliverables will include but not limited to:

Present a marketing plan that will ensure we reach our targeted audiences, help us create awareness and increase uptake in Kimisitu PLC products
Digital Strategy Development – work in collaboration with the business internal marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the Company’s overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
Content Creation and Management - Create engaging and relevant content for the company’s website, social media channels, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Social Media Management - Manage Kimisitu PLC’s social media accounts, including content planning, posting, monitoring, engagement, and stakeholder management.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Optimize our website content, structure,and metadata to improve organic search visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as Google Ads,
Programmatic, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Email Marketing - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with prospective clients, and engage with current clients.
Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities for Kimisitu PLC.
Digital Asset Management - Manage digital assets such as images, videos, graphics, and multimedia content, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and optimized for various digital channels.
Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
Analytics and Reporting - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, conversion rates, and campaign return on investment (ROI).
Prepare regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. Prepare monthly reports for management team.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The job holder will be responsible for providing Customer Care and IT support to the Kimisitu Investment Co. PLC office and ensuring effective co­ordination of customer service and IT functions as required for effective operation of the business.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service

Communicate... courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face, social media, bulk texts, bulk emails, surveys etc
Respond to customers queries/complaints on phone/ Email and any other communication channel within minimal timings
Ensure that processes and procedures are adhered to in the documentations.
Shareholders register management including shares transfers, updating bank details, dividends payments communication, issue of shares certificates etc. To assist clients to purchase company shares and products.
Handles clients’ issues on allocation of plots or any other disputes arising
Preparation and submission of timely reports as and when they are required by the respective department(s).
Pitch ideas for improving customer care and make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
Accurately and efficiently address any issues or disputes with customers.

   IT Support Role

Installing and configuring computer hardware and software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Logging customer/employee queries and responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues; logging and processing support calls
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of the machines and server.
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
Ensuring ERP  system optimal uptime to avoid inconveniences to the users.
Coordinating with software and/or hardware vendors to ensure resolution of issues raised by users
Ensuring that computer equipment procured meets the required specifications
 Conduct regular system audits. Prepare and share regular reports with management.
Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
Maintaining records of software and/or hardware licenses and records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
Ensure security of data, machines, through access controls, backups and firewalls
Provide user and technical support including staff training, security, confidentiality and integrity of information and ICT infrastructure.
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Professional Qualifications
MCSE, ERP System Administration and Communication

3 years’ experience at a similar position; Information Systems implementation and network infrastructure support and maintenance;
End user support experience including hardware and software setup, installation and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft PC operating systems, Office 365, Windows Server Administration and networking technologies, such as VPN, firewalls, and various LAN technologies.
Website administration skills.

To ensure the office runs smoothly through organizing, planning and managing daily administrative duties.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Administration

Attend to clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
Respond accurately to general information requests
Correspondence with customers on title processing (includes CGT) 
Ensure customers concerns and issues are sorted to conclusion and they are satisfied
Prepare reports, memos, and documents as may be required
Sort incoming mail, and courier deliveries for distribution.    
Prepare and send outgoing mail, and courier parcels
Code and file material according to the established procedures.
Provide secretarial (includes land transfer documents) and administrative support to management and other staff.

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirement calling for repairs, maintenance requirement, inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Company van management- timely service, license and insurance renewals as well as managing the vehicle mileage logbook.

Digital Marketing

Identify target audiences, develop sales funnels, and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
Drive the company sales activities through active prospecting for opportunities, follow up on leads and contact interesting prospects.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, utilizing various online channels such as social media, email marketing, content creation and drive sales.
Create engaging digital content that align with marketing objectives (copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials)
Plan, implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.


Procurement

Use Navision software to prepare purchase orders
Manage the tendering process from documents preparation, sourcing of suppliers and preparation of tender opening documents for the committee
Sourcing for quotations and further quotes evaluation
Preparing LPOs and/or Contracts for the qualified supplier and dispatching
Receiving the goods/service and inspecting
Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available.
Maintain suppliers' inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed suppliers, placing and expediting order for suppliers, verifying receipts of supplies.
Preparation of documentation for payment processing and dispatch of payment to the service providers


Board support

In consultation with the GM, prepare meeting agendas and supporting material for distribution
Prepare documentations for Board meeting and ensure prior planning and logistics timely distribution of material to the Board
Support the Board with meeting, travel and other arrangements


Human Resource

Preparation and management of staff leave schedule
Submitting of staff annual returns to the National Employment Authority
Engaged in the staff recruitment process and appointment of new staff
Management of training program for the staff and the board as per training programs presented by senior management
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

2 - 4 years of experience as a Digital marketing or similar role
Strong creative writing, copywriting, and copyediting skills
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Email Marketing, TikTok and other social media best practices
Direct experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
Proficiency with WordPress, web design and publishing
Detail-oriented with strong ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
