Design and administer surveys to employers and industry stakeholders to collect quantitative data on hiring preferences, skill requirements, and emerging technology trends.
Analyze job market data, labor market reports, focus group findings, and survey results to identify emerging trends, in-demand skills, and growth areas in the technology industry.
Create a prioritized list of courses based on research findings and Moringa’s strategic objectives and industry alignment.
Present recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management, to gain buy-in and support for proposed course launches.

Key Outcomes

Industry Needs Report: Deliver a comprehensive report detailing the current and projected needs of the upskilling industry, supported by thorough research and analysis of market demands
Prioritized Course Recommendations Document: Produce a concise document outlining prioritized recommendations for new course offerings for Moringa School. Each recommendation should be justified based on its alignment with industry needs and potential impact.
Student Outcome Plan: Deliver a plan outlining employability options and career advancement opportunities for each recommended course.
Predictive Analysis Report: Generate a report forecasting future industry trends and anticipated course outcomes. This report will inform strategic decision-making and ensure Moringa remains competitive and relevant in the evolving upskilling landscape.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Digital Marketing Associate to be a part of our Marketing team. You will be responsible for undertaking digital promotional activities, creating content for the company’s online campaigns as well as website collateral. This includes copywriting for the company website, liaising with the designer in creating campaign collateral for brand... awareness and lead generation campaigns and working on a Paid Media and SEO strategy. This role will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Moringa School Content Calendar

Creation of social media and paid media posters in collaboration with Senior Designer.
Conceptualize, create, proofread and post timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
Collaborate with the creative working group to plan and develop content style and layout.
Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
Keeping up-to-date with current digital trends and suggesting new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organization.

Paid Marketing

Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for paid campaigns, including developing strategic roadmaps in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers.
Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns against the set objectives for each admissions cycle
Track and analyze campaign performance to develop actionable insights that ensures maximum ROI for each admissions cycle
Document current strategies in paid media playbook and ensure adherence to all frameworks captured in the playbook
Conduct regular tests and ensure there is clear documentation of those tests for purposes of drawing analysis and actionable learnings
Maintain a clean account structure on all search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing) and social marketing platforms e.g (Facebook Ads)
Write attractive and concise copy for all paid adverts
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels

Search Engine Optimization

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
Conduct keyword research in collaboration with the Product Marketing Managers

Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

Copywriting

Liaise with the Webmaster to create new website pages, add photos and other enhancements.
Review landing pages for optimal customer experiences.
Lead copy development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across digital channels, including Email, CRM, SEO/SEM, Display, and Web to promote our brand, products, and impact/outcomes.

About You
Required (Education and Experience

At least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing and Content Creation

Strong grasp and knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools.

What you will do - Responsibilities
The Curriculum Developer reports to the Senior Curriculum Designer and curriculum designer.

Work with the Senior Curriculum Developer, students, and Classroom teams to prepare reports and proposals on the status, operation, testing and maintenance of a minimum of two courses.
Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs... for both product and \B2B.
Conduct interviews and focus groups with target audiences in order to create empathy maps, learner personas and learning journey maps for their relevant courses.
Create fun and exciting learning experiences to match the design thinking for learners’ approach in learning solutions design.
Decide and document the criteria used to track learners’ performance and develop assessment instruments.
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
Planning, preparing, organizing, and executing subject-specific training activities, technical reviews/benches and other support events that contribute to holistic curriculum outcomes.

Work with Senior CE in employing design thinking concepts while designing new courses. Identify learning gaps in employee skills and knowledge
Determine topics, objectives, and hours required for relevant programs
Proactively review and give feedback on other team member’s work, and be receptive to iteration in order to produce high-quality courses
Ultimately, curriculum designers ensure that our TMs/Instructors have the content and tools they need to succeed in their classroom roles.
Facilitate short courses/masterclasses in the respective area of specialization.

What You Have

1+ years of working experience in the Data science/engineering education space.
1+ years of experience and proficiency with Blackboard, Canvas, Camtasia, Captivate, Moodle or proprietary LMS.
Lead development of enterprise products in use in the market or data analysis lead.
A degree or diploma in Computer Science/Software or any other relevant degree and Diploma
Nice to have: Experience in software development or any teaching experience in the tech-education space.

The Social Media Intern role sits within our marketing team. The social media intern... will take a lead and collaborative role in acting as the voice of the Moringa brand online, coming up with social media & content strategies and managing all social media channels. Functional:

Support in the creation of a content marketing strategy for social media and maintain a social media calendar.
