Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Kitale. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives and loan officers, ensuring efficient operations, resolving customer issues, and achieving performance targets on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
evaluating credit worthiness of the customer
Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on terms, policies and restrictions
Justify decisions and report on clients.
Operate in compliance with the law and regulations and adhere to... lending compliance guidelines
Maintain and Update loan account records
Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility to grant loans
Build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
