Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for power products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the power industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their ongoing success.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans and sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A master’s degree or post-graduate certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the power industry.

Key Elements of the Role
