What the Candidate Will Do


Drive our business performance in your assigned territory
Build the best restaurant offering and optimising their operational performance
Identify and initiate new partnership opportunities with top merchants in your city
Tackle or escalate complex support issues for timely resolution for our top partners
Champion deep relationships with top merchant partners, identifying and acting on opportunities to grow their delivery business
Seek for and achieve a deep understanding of the industry
Drive on-the-ground knowledge and context about the city/area you operate in to the wider Uber Eats team
Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product


Basic Qualifications


2 years Professional experience in either Account Management /Start Up or Consultancy environment
Strong Motivation and Passion to work with top merchants and build a business together
Good organisation, prioritisation & time management skills


Preferred Qualifications


Capable to run analyses and/or understand data and transform it into relevant insights
Extraordinary listening, communication and organisational skills
Effective at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Highly autonomous - able to work with minimal oversight
Problem solving skills: when you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it

What the Candidate Will Do


Driver Funnel Process Optimization: Own and manage the documents and processes required for Drivers & vehicles to join the platform.
Driver Engagement: Design and own process & content of a multi-modalty driver outreach program including in person Driver Roundtables, CRM etc
Fleet Management: Support new fleets and manage day to day relationships with existing... fleets
Driver Satisfaction: Continually track and monitor Driver Satisfaction data, make recommendations on inititaives and interventions to improve. Track earnings and driver & vehicle costs.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports to provide insights into driver operations. Leverage data to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.


What the Candidate Will Need


Min 3 years of work experience in a related field with analytical, project management and stakeholder management experience.
A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Business, STEM etc)
Exceptional Analytical, problem solving, Excel (Google Sheets) and data management skills
Data-driven decision mentality and sound busine ss judgment through strong analytical thinking.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams
Ability to take the initiative and manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What You'll Do


Cold outreach, prospect, qualify, demo, pitch, consistently follow up and sell into the Mid-Market segments in Kenya
Generate opportunities, build pipeline and win accounts within an assigned book of business
Articulate clearly the value propositions of Uber for Business and demonstrate how they address the specific pain points of clients.
Close and onboard the client... onto Uber For Business and ensure a high usage on our platform.
Maximize the lifetime value of the client by constantly exploring upsell and cross sell opportunities


What You'll Need


At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a hunter role acquiring new businesses
You have a track record of crushing it as an Account Executive in the Mid Market space
Proven track record of crafting narratives to drive new business acquisitions.
Passionate, resilient, self-disciplined and hustling with hunter mindset.
Bonus: Skilled in utilizing Salesforce, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
High Business English proficiency
