Technical oversight and capacity development of all project activities, specifically, responsible for the implementation of services related to HIV/AIDS and TB/HIV
Supervise and provide ongoing strategic leadership and technical guidance to the project HIV/TB teams to effectively provide program implementation support to cluster, district and healthcare facility-based teams.
Work closely... with other Directors and teams, design and lead technical understanding of initiatives to strengthen the capacity of districts, healthcare facilities and respective communities to deliver high quality, high impact health interventions and services.
Oversee and ensure appropriate technical support provided by the project to cluster and district teams, effectively support service provider teams at facilities and in communities to deliver quality HIV/TB and related services.
