Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all stock-related operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
Supervise stock team to ensure timely and accurate stock receiving, organization, and stocking.
Monitor product stock levels and communicate with the store manager for reorders or stock adjustments.
Ensure stock rotation is done regularly to maintain freshness... and minimize product obsolescence.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure products are readily available on the sales floor.
Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient storage space.
Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal and promotional stock setups.
Train and supervise stock team members, ensuring adherence to stock management procedures.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to stock counts or product availability.

Send Request for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Facilitate pre-approvals in SharePoint, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Prepare comparison forms for both local and import purchases, helping to determine the best sourcing options.
Ensure that all deliveries are made as per purchase orders, managing supplier performance and delivery... schedules.
Create purchase orders for both local and import items in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Process inbound deliveries for import purchases and coordinate logistics.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers on the readiness of consignments, ensuring smooth logistics and avoiding delays.
Ensure Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) are processed for all incoming shipments.
Track and maintain the status of insurance reports and ensure all necessary insurance documentation is up to date.
Monitor and report the cargo status for sea consignments, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Maintain accurate filing systems for custom entries, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Compile and submit the insurance report for import shipments, ensuring all necessary details are included.

Collect samples & perform basic quality analysis of products, semi products and raw materials.
Prepare daily activity reports for submission to the Quality Control Officer.
Liaise with Production Supervisors on quality related matters.
Update records of the laboratory activities.
Perform simple repairs and/or... calibrations of equipment.
Prepare reagents for laboratory tests where required.
Maintain housekeeping of the work area and clean laboratory apparatus after any laboratory analysis and tests.
Monitor compliance to the health and safety and, QMS guidelines.
