The Systems Administrator will maintain the essential IT infrastructure of Seed Effect Uganda, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. He or she will also take responsibility for managing and optimizing the Organization’s Sales Force and other operating systems within the larger program initiative of Seed Effect... Uganda, including user and license management, support, training, and system upgrades ensuring effective utilization of Salesforce tools, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and the Seed Effect US team to meet organizational requirements.

Perform server administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly
Monitor data-center health using existing management tools, and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers when needed
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed
Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.

The MEAL Manager will lead and coordinate the Monitoring and Evaluation activities for the Seed Effect Uganda SFL Program. S/he is expected to have the experience and capabilities necessary to lead the measurement, monitoring, evaluation, and learning of the project’s activities while ensuring that all program components are results-oriented and that all project team members are focused on... achieving targets -in all areas of operation. S/he will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the area of Monitoring and Evaluation, developing the result measurement and management systems, approach, and tools, and leading the development of results chains and indicators for the program. S/he will be responsible for providing the program management team with tools to effectively track project progress and achievements and to provide mid-term and end–of–project evaluations with sufficient information to assess the program’s success.
