Support in the preparation and execution of balance sheet analysis maps of production.
Collect, analyze and systematize the required analytical information for the area’s performance evaluation;
Consolidate and prepare the support data to the report and monitoring of the area activity to provide, on one hand, timely information, strict, reliable of support to the analysis and decision making and on the other hand, in the identification and implication of improvement actions.

Training

Complete Wear Parts ASC Certification Program;
Coach and train TSRs, Administrators, Service Personnel, Prime Product Sales Reps and Counter Sales Reps and any other person as required. Performance Management
Design and implement individual growth plans in local BU for wear parts products
Maintain healthy sales funnel and Manage pipeline opportunities
Track performance of Local Sales Teams and continually evaluate targets and sales funnel;

Job Description

The preferred candidate will provide strategic direction and effective oversight on the internal audit function and report to the Head, IC&C and his/ her duties will include:

Develop the internal audit annual work plan for approval by Head IC&C
Implement the approved annual work plan in a flexible manner to ensure that internal work dynamically addresses enterprise... risks
Mentor and motivate the internal audit team
Conduct and/or provide guidance in fraud investigations
Provide internal audit support to subsidiaries

Key Competency Requirements

Knowledge and Experience Required:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field from a recognized university.
A Master’s Degree in forensic accounting or risk management would be an added advantage.
Professional qualification in Accounting ICAN or ACCA
Professional qualification in Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is an added advantage
5 - 7 years experience in internal audit and accounting function
Working Knowledge of windows environment, and enterprise resources planning (ERP) tools.
