Overall Responsibility

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources will offer strategic leadership and oversee the management of Human Resources aligned with Sacco’s strategic objectives. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) with a valid practicing license from IHRM
Seven years of relevant experience, with at least five years at a management level.
Experience in strategic management involving planning, goal setting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Excellent leadership, innovation, communication, team building, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
