EPIC Metals Corporation is hiring a hybrid payroll/credit clerk. This is a full-time, mostly in-office position. Three days per week, the new employee will train with EPIC’s Payroll Coordinator and perform discreet tasks delegated by Coordinator. Eventually, this person will take over administration of weekly hourly payroll and associated tasks, including record keeping, benefits oversight, time... and attendance tracking, insurance, and other aspects. Two days per week, the new employee will work directly with EPIC’s Credit Manager and perform discreet tasks as delegated. The employee will learn to conduct corporate credit checks as well as how to ensure the company has bond or lien rights. The employee will ensure that a contract has been created between EPIC and the customer and that EPIC’s terms control. The employee will eventually interact with customers and conduct basic contract negotiation. Lastly, the employee will be expected to serve as a reserve receptionist as needed.
