Role Description
The Intellishop-US is seeking to hire a part-time remote Customer/Research Representative to manage research... projects for various clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research sales and gathering data through shopping and store surveys. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to handle interactions with clients and customers professionally and courteously.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience working in customer service, research, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify alternative solutions.
Salary: $300 per task completed.
