We seek to collaborate with a Web Developer on a Project Basis to establish a user-friendly and responsive e-commerce website that supports our company.
Proposal Submission Requirements

Core Competencies and Areas of Expertise - Give a brief of core competencies including expertise in development of e-commerce websites.
Portfolio of Previous Work - Share examples of previous... e-commerce websites developed. Includes attachments of the best works or links to online portfolio.
Technical Requirements - Provide detail on how you will ensure the e-commerce website is fully responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.
Compliance and accessibility - Provide details on how you will ensure the website adheres to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards, and complies to the legal requirements.
Pricing Structure - Provide a detailed cost breakdown for the e-commerce website design services, and include any additional costs or fees (e.g., maintenance, updates, revisions).
Timeline - Share a timeline for the project from start to completion, including key milestones.

Expectations

Design, develop, and maintain a dynamic, responsive website
Ensure a smooth transition without losing existing SERP rankings
Optimize the website for mobile users and enhance user experience.
Provide support and maintenance for at least 3 months after website launch to ensure optimal performance and resolve any technical issues.
Provide a portfolio showcasing existing/past completed projects

Requirements:
Skills and Expertise

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Typescript, PHP, React JS, modern web frameworks, and relational databases.
Proficient in SEO best practices and up-to-date with current SEO strategies.
Strong experience in building responsive websites and optimizing for both speed, performance, and security.
Familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress, e-commerce, and map integration.
Familiar with REST and version control.

Project Ownership

The project is fully owned by Username Investment Limited. Upon completion and going live, the developer shall hand over the project to Username Investments Limited. This will include all source files, images, artworks, and host root access.
Username Investment Limited shall own and operate the hosting server on which the platform is deployed. The developer shall not access the host without written permission from Username Investments.
All integrations, such as maps and payments, will be done under Username Investment Limited accounts.
Future development and updates shall be done upon consent and access granted for the period of work.

Note

Shortlisted web developers will be required to prepare a 10-minute presentation to demonstrate the development concept and approach towards building the e-commerce website.

Job Description

Coordinate all land-related projects from initiation to completion. These include survey works, value addition works, and construction-related tasks. 
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. 
Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land... features. 
Where required prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed. 
Prepare or supervise the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys. 
Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed. 
Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents. 
Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using mapping tools e.g. satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS). 
Facilitate production of title deeds from survey plans from the relevant land offices. 
Work with contracted consultants, surveyors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure projects are delivered within budget, time, and in the highest quality.

Requirements:

Degree in any field of Study.
Qualifications in Survey, Land economics, Real estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Urban and regional planning, or related disciplines will be an added advantage. 
At least two years of project management experience in any field. 
At least one year of experience in real estate/land/property-related projects e.g. valuation tasks, survey tasks, construction tasks e.t.c. 
Possession of a valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and compile necessary reports.
Strong organization, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly driven with enthusiasm to maintain exceptional services to Username's internal and external clients. 
Proficiency in computer skills, Survey design and geomapping softwares, Archicad, Autocad e.t.c MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and CRM database.
Good attention to detail, organized, efficient and decisive. 
High degree of accuracy when handling information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
