• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends • Promote and sell automobiles by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable models • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities and new automobile models • Assist customer with financing and insurance options when necessary • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred) • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good knowledge of the automobile industry and current market trends • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Valid driver's License with a good driving record

• Assist the Parts Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, parts ordering and customer service. • Oversee the parts department in the absence of the Parts Manager, ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and negotiate pricing for spare parts • Monitor and manage inventory control processes to minimize stock discrepancies and reduce excess inventory • Assist in training and supervising parts department staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders and resolving issues related to parts availability • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the parts department • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge and advancements in parts management systems • Prepare reports on inventory levels, sales and other key performance indicators for management review
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in parts management, automotive service or inventory management • Bachelor's degree in business, automotive technology, or a related is preferred • Strong understanding of automotive parts and their applications. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
