We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Freelance/Personal Shopper to evaluate the customer service and overall experience at various retail locations. The Freelance/Personal Shopper will be responsible for visiting assigned stores, making purchases, and providing detailed feedback on their experiences.


RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Visit assigned stores and make purchases according to... provided guidelines.
- Observe and evaluate the customer service provided by store employees.
- Assess the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Provide detailed feedback on the overall shopping experience.
- Submit reports in a timely manner.


REQUIREMENTS :

- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
- Access to a computer and internet for report submission.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Prior experience as a Mystery Shopper or in a customer service role.
- Experience in retail or hospitality industries.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.


SALARY :

- $400 per task completed. more
