Daily Tasks.


Maintain excellent customer relationships by keeping constant business communication and quickly cater to their needs (online & walk-ins), offering recommendations with professionalism. (Primary)
To resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, manage database records,... drafting status reports on customer service issues.
Achieve personal/ customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
Effectively communicate and work together with colleagues to create a more efficient customer service process.
Convert leads to actual sales and follow up with prospective customers.
Work with management to organize, prepare for exhibitions, outdoor sale events and execute online sales campaigns.
Keep accurate essential order records ( sales record, preorder record and stockpile records).
Manage delivery Fulfillment and delivery bill records (Primary).
To assist the inventory manager with inventory roles when due. (Primary).
Report any discrepancies to the operations manager.
Respond to incoming calls and other communication.


Routine Tasks


Stay up to date with new products and features.
Prepare weekly reports showing Sale Reports, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Effort Score (CES), and customer retention rate.                                                     


Monthly Tasks


Prepare monthly overall reports showing Sale Reports, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Effort Score (CES), and customer retention rate.
Participate in monthly stock taking. more

Job Description

The position of a Sales Executive consists of answering inquiries and obtaining information for the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
It also provides customer support and ensures smooth flow of operations in store.

Responsibilities

Ensure inquiries are attended to promptly.
Ensure proper records are made.
Ensure Storage boxes , items in... store and store is clean and properly sorted.
Ensure orders are confirmed before fulfillment.
Ensure orders are packaged on time
Ensure orders are dispatched
Attend to walk in customers properly & promptly.
Ensure offline marketing is done
Ensure to hit or exceed sales and satisfaction targets
Resolve complaints from customers and the public.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.

Work Environment:

Work in and outside office
Will be required to write reports
Might be required to work overtime and on weekends. more

Function of the Role

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence, foster a smooth working relationship with our clients, to improve our marketing and sales efforts.
You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to DMs

Handle special orders.
Monitor and analyze ad trends.
Run social media adverts.
Follow up on customers.

Ensure to hit or exceed sales and numbers targets.
Define most important social media KPIs.
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices.
Collaborate with marketing , Sales & Production team.

Requirements
