The College Principal is responsible for managing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the college. This position reports to the Governing Council and to the National Director. The College Principal is responsible for the performance of the institution, as dictated by the board’s overall strategy. He/she has overall responsibility to ensure good governance, monitoring of programmes... implementation and compliance to regulatory bodies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) so as to achieve organizational vision and mission.

Developing the College’s Operation Strategy and ensure its effectiveness
Planning, Preparing and Organizing the requisite material(s)and teaches the students
Overseeing and supervising all the teaching staff of the College
As the need of the college responsible for coordinating, mobilising admission of students, effective collection of tuition, maintenance of the College property and other resources and General administration.
Overseeing the day to day operations, effective quality instructional processes and other College activities like assemblies, sanitation, students discipline etc.
Ensuring that service to customer partners and procedures meet the desired expectations/standards.
Designing strategies to ensure increased student enrollment is at the optimum
Ensuring appropriate strategies for effective staff levels, and retention.
Ensuring compliance with environment management requirements, occupational safety and health measures at the College
He/she is responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation performance of the College activities, including, among others, conducting staff performance review, appraisals, compiling and submitting monthly, quarterly and annual reports as may be required by government, Governing Council and AMG National Office.
Implements effective delegation Of duty protocols to qualified and responsible Subordinates ensuring follow up on delegated assignments.
Ensuring that programs for spiritual nurture of the College Community and other stakeholders are implemented.
