Job Description:

Report to the Chief Executive Officer of NWTF.
Oversee the administrative and financial aspects of the NWTF transactions in line with NWTF’s policy and donor requirements.
Be a primary source of administrative and financial advice to the NWTF's CEO and other employees.
Prepare and/or review for the CEO’s approval administrative and financial forms, content and sufficiency, all documents of administrative and financial nature to which the NWTF may be a party, or which otherwise affect its financial and administrative rights or obligations.
Propose, execute, and maintain a financial investment plan for the consideration of the CEO.

Preferred newspapers should include, Guardian, Punch, Leadership, Daily Trust.
The blogs to be selected will be in agreement with NWTF

Submission of an inception Report with workplan that includes a list of topics to be addressed and stakeholders to be consulted for each story line.

Links to the articles to be published reflecting the name of NWTF intext the articles and a mention of the court judgment summarizing the importance of the judgment alongside the key highlights of the judgement.

NWTF requires the services of a competent IT firm or a team of developers to develop a web-based application that will receive input from designated persons and general public and renders same information in beautiful charts and graphs
Specification

the web app will have a multi-level admin access like Admin, Super Admin, Observers and general Public user... interface.
The app will have an onboarding page for campaign promise trackers to register and subsequently be able to login into the portal where they can at a click of a button and filling of forms be able to upload data and report incidents.
The web app would have a graphical dashboard to display in table, map and charts, information received as aggregate and individually and tied to profile of each campaign promise tracker.
The web app should be hosted on a stable server that will guarantee the stability of the app and enough security measures in place to mitigate DDOS and other attack
The app must be scalable and be easy to add or remove features as reality unfolds
Admin should be able to generate and download required report with few clicks and standard users should be able to view all report and navigate easily.
The web app should be able to run on all latest versions of popular web browsers on system and mobile devices in a responsive manner
The web application should be built in a way that it will be easy to mange even by a non-IT person.

Duties

The successful IT firm or developers would be responsible for development as well as deployment of the apps online.
The IT Firm shall deploy a server-side application that will provide all API endpoints for the mobile app and dashboard on the server
The app should be deployed on a reliable web hosting platform with unlimited bandwidth
The IT Firm will have to work with our already developed prototype, though NWTF is   open to more information on it.  
source code of the apps would be given to NWTF at the completion of the project, all the data will be stored in the DB server except any sensitive data that is not permissible to be stored on our system server.

Main Role:
Project’s Program Officer’s key tasks will be to realize the successful implementation of all the activities under the donor supported TIGN Project. The Programme Officer will have the responsibility for coordinating NWTF’s implementation of the program from the Abuja office and in all the focal states. The post holder will ensure that planning and implementation is in accordance with approved work plan and budget, while making certain that monitoring and evaluation is on track as well as the project visibility.
Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in the Social Sciences including Law, Political Science, Communications, Economics, Gender and Development, Public Policy, and Management.
