3-5years experience as a operations officer at a stock broking firm,
Chartered Institute of Stockbroker (CIS) certification would be an added advantage.

• Collecting, checking, and transmitting client mandates, documentation, and requests for execution.
• Maintaining records and documentation of client transactions and requests.
• Marketing company’s... products and services as well as all other capital markets, products/securities being sold by the various SBUs.
• Providing customer service and support to clients as necessary.
• Collecting client’s KYC and ensuring correctness and completeness of documentation.
• Processing Capital Markets requests such as Intermember transfers, Global Search, CSCS changes and updates, etc.
• Maintaining relationships with other Capital Market operators, Self-regulating Organizations (SROs), Regulators, and Stakeholders.
• Staying up to date on Capital Market operations and regulations.
