Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) is seeking a dedicated Project Assistant with a strong background in the health sector to support our projects in Uganda. If you have expertise in operations management, offering administrative assistance and performing other project roles, this position is for you!

Manage day to day financial and administrative function of the office... (including staff safety and security)
Perform all office administration duties including quotation requests, purchase order follow-ups, stationery supplies and IT support services
Ensure compliance with financial internal controls, transactions processing and assets management in accordance with KOFIH Uganda office rules and regulations
Prepare monthly/annual accounts closure including bank reconciliations and submit timely and accurate reports to the headquarters
Support the office and other projects on audit, financial risk management and fraud prevention issues.
Liaise with senior staff to keep informed of all developments and changes associated with project
Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor more
