Responsibility


Develop and implement a full-scale marketing strategy aligned with the company’s revenue and brand objectives.
Establish the marketing department structure, including hiring and managing a team (digital marketers, content creators, social media managers, etc.).
Define KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to track marketing... effectiveness.
Drive lead generation and conversion strategies to meet the 1 billion Naira annual sales target.
Develop high-ticket client acquisition strategies (luxury residential, corporate, hospitality, and real estate developers).
Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and maximize customer lifetime value.
Build and maintain a strong luxury brand identity for the firm.
  Oversee content marketing, including blogs, case studies, and portfolio showcases.
Manage PR efforts, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility. Ensure consistent branding across all channels (website, social media, print, events).
Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Plan and execute high-impact offline campaigns (exhibitions, trade shows, networking events).
Leverage visual storytelling (video marketing, 3D renderings, virtual tours) to attract clients. Optimize the company website for lead capture and conversion.

Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in interior design, luxury real estate, architecture, or high-end retail).
Proven track record of setting up a marketing department from scratch.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth (experience with high-value B2B/B2C clients is a plus).
Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media ads), CRM tools, and analytics.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.

• Develop and implement strategies to grow depot product sales and achieve revenue targets.

• Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with depot operations to ensure product availability and smooth loading and delivery.

... Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company pricing policies, and safety protocols.

• Monitor credit sales exposure and manage risks to reduce bad debts.

• Maintain an updated database of clients and prospective customers.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain high levels of client

satisfaction.

• Work closely with the logistics and product loading teams to ensure timely

dispatch and delivery of products.

• Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions and communication with

clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to close out pending tasks, align on operational

needs, and improve customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas sector.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client

relationships.

• Strong knowledge of depot operations, petroleum product sales, and market

trends.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory and safety standards in petroleum sales is an

advantage.
