Job Overview:
An international private Christian schools in Alimosho local government Area of lagos state UGENTLY requires the services of a School business Development and marketing manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the school’s mission and goals. This role involves overseeing all marketing... activities, both online and offline, managing the school’s social media presence, and ensuring effective communication with students, parents, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the school’s brand and educational offerings.
- Set up and manage the annual marketing plan, including both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Create and implement a social media strategy to enhance the school’s online presence and engagement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach a broader audience and achieve specific marketing goals.
- Maintain and update the school’s website and social media channels, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and aligned with the school’s brand.
- Coordinate and implement various marketing strategies for school admissions.
- Represent the school at public relations events, promotional opportunities, marketing campaigns, business meetings, and other related functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the education sector or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
- Experience in graphic design is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Creativity and a passion for education and community engagement.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to create and implement a robust standard operating procedure for the department.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing content development.
- Willingness to work with various forms of digital advertising and paid marketing campaigns.
