The Sales Pre-Qualification Intern will receive training to assist with inbound and outbound communication with customers. Assist with customer communications:

Learn how to support the team in communicating with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and text messages, contributing to lead qualification, cold calling, customer surveys, and after-sales check-ins.


Collaborate with teams:

Work alongside different teams to help improve the customer experience from lead generation to customer conversion.


Support customer retention efforts:

Assist in following up with customers in the Peach pipeline, learning how to contribute to ongoing retention strategies.


Help analyze market and performance trends:

Assist with gathering insights to help understand customer needs and improve support by sharing trends with relevant teams.


Assist with customer surveys:

Participate in collecting feedback from past customers to identify areas for improving support.


Support KPI metrics tracking:

Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions and support the team in adjusting strategies based on client needs.




Knowledge and Experience:


Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field is preferred;
Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication for effective customer interaction and the ability to present information clearly and persuasively to customers.
CRM Software: Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other platforms used to track customer interactions.

Role Description:


The Head of Marketing role at Peach is a new and exciting role that requires a blend of strategic vision, creative visioning, data analysis and people management. The individual will be responsible for building up the Peach marketing capacity to be a content driven engine. They will reimagine the possibility of how Peach can become the first business that Kenyans think... about when they have any vehicle needs.
The role demands a leader who is not only good at building a highly compelling brand strategy, but is also able to dive into the analytics and creative content side of things. We imagine a Head of Marketing who is a generalist across these three areas and has the excitement about elevating our brand to the next level.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Specifically, the Head of Marketing at Peach can expect to lead/own the following marketing elements, at a country level:

- Strategy-setting


Work with Country level leadership in the building of a strategic plan for the next 12 months that aligns with the broader vision(s) for the company. This will include working with what is in planning for existing commercial and supporting business units, as well as working with what could be in scoping growth trials, organizational changes, etc. insofar as they could serve to grow Peach’s presence in the market.
Work with the Country level leadership in the building of org chart(s) to support annual strategic plans.
Proactively review the soundness of the annual strategy at quarterly intervals, and make adjustments as needed to support broader company objectives.
Translate the annual business strategy into clear, specific actionable goals, objectives and initiatives for each team across Peach.
Establish key performance indicators for each team to track progress on strategy execution and use the same to assess performance at the individual and team level monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually.
Develop marketing plans, set KPIs, and analyze overall performance.


Manage the Marketing team to achieve annual, quarterly and monthly goals


Hold weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to track progress, discuss roadblocks, provide guidance, review KPI's, identify performance gaps and offer support for overcoming obstacles.
Clearly define roles and responsibilities for team members in relation to the strategic plan, ensure team members have the resources and authority they need to make decisions and drive results while also holding them accountable for their performance.
Offer team members mentorship and coaching to enhance ability to manage people effectively, provide tools, frameworks and resources to help them support change and strategy implementation effectively.
Tie reward and recognition to successful execution of the strategy and meeting departmental KPI’s while leading milestones celebrations throughout the year.


Budget development, monitoring and implementation:


Continuously track and manage budget performance to ensure spending stays within allocated limits and aligns with strategic goals.


Marketing implementation


Coordinate high-level campaigns and major promotional efforts.
Direct the team on campaign focus and priorities.
Analyze campaign data and oversee performance marketing.
Supervise and mentor team members to ensure cohesive execution.
Monitor KPIs and adjust marketing strategies based on data.


Other


Foster relationships with partners and oversee strategic partnerships.


Knowledge and Experience:


5+ Years of Business Building and Management High-Performing Marketing Teams:
Proven track record in scaling and managing marketing orgs, with a focus on growth and operational excellence. Startup experience is a plus, as we are looking for someone comfortable with navigating ambiguity and building from the ground up.
Leadership Experience in a High-Growth Environment: Experience in a decision-making role within a high-growth company. Familiarity with the fast-paced and evolving nature of growth-stage businesses is critical. Ability to think strategically while driving operational execution.
Team Building and People Leadership: Experience building, leading, and nurturing diverse teams. Strong emphasis on compassionate people leadership, fostering a culture of respect, empowerment, and accountability.

Front office management; including managing customers and walk-ins

Overseeing overall office hygiene, cleanliness, repairs and maintenance

Result: Improvements to office area made in a timely manner, and nearly entirely managed by Admin


Taking stock of all company equipment and assets and ensuring that there’s accurate reporting on the condition of equipment.

Result: Trackers for inventory are updated accurately and regularly


Updating of respective admin trackers
Procuring of supplies and services as and when required

Result: Giving full context when new purchases need to be made so leadership can make informed decisions


Coordination of office meetings and events

Result: Ownership around scheduling meetings and events for the team


Liaising with vendors to ensure timely service delivery

Result: Ownership around vendor management and execution of new updates/ upgrades that need to be made at the facilities


Creating and maintaining office filing systems

Result: Flagging when documents are missing and being responsible for ensuring the documents are collected by Sales Admin


Updating the employee as well as the Peach community (customers)boards
Assisting in making mobile payments on admin related expenses eeping contact with security firm and ensuring the guards are following Peach rules and raising any issues that might arise to management

Requirements


Candidates should have at least two years of administrative experience . This individual should be able to wear multiple hats, organized and self-motivated. Preferred candidates are detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Role Description
As a Fleet Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance and management of our vehicle fleet. This hands-on position will provide you with valuable experience in fleet operations while allowing you to contribute to the efficiency of our team.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all vehicles in our fleet are well maintained and ready for client viewing. This... includes cleaning vehicles, performing daily checks, and communicating minor repair needs to the inspection team.
Coordinate with internal teams at Peach and external service providers to ensure that vehicles are fueled, washed, and detailed according to Peach standards.
Work with the team to ensure that vehicles taken out of the lot are returned in the same condition.
Maintain accurate records of KD plate usage by the inspection and sales teams, ensuring they are stored securely.
Support the Senior Fleet Associate in keeping up-to-date records of vehicles on the lot, fuel usage, and other relevant trackers.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure all cars are in optimal condition and ready for handovers.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product strategy / leadership - Work with Peach leadership and other stakeholders to co-create a product roadmap, based on reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas, etc. and then own the tactical implementation of this product roadmap, adjusting as necessary with changing business contexts or factors
Management of product development... cycle - Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing, legal, and other stakeholders - internal and external - to scope needs, design product solutions, manage development and deployment, and iterate as needed
Knowledge management - Maintain a deep theoretical and applied understanding of Peach’s business model and our decision-making factors, as well as the automobile market in Kenya / East Africa more broadly, and apply a data-driven approach to product-based decision-making; lead on product-related documentation and other relevant knowledge management efforts
People management - Managing the day to day efforts and outcomes of individuals directly involved in product development, including engineering and external service providers, as well as assessing talent needs and recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding of staff related to the Product team
Other - When/how needed, contribute to the future of Peach Cars apart from tech / product development ~ help make and remake strategy and operations across the business units, problem-solving for challenges and acting thoughtfully but nimbly to take advantage of opportunities

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management, or related technical roles.
1 year of experience building and shipping technical products.
Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, and/or supply chain networks.
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
Experience in one or more of the following: cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data,security and privacy, development and operations, or artificial intelligence/machine learning.
Experience managing a product team / product organisation
Knowledge of and practical experience in multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
