Duties and Responsibilities


Provide customer service support to members, including inquiries, complaints, and product guidance.
Support members on SACCO policies and any other correspondences.
Helping in the preparation of board meeting materials and reports.
Assisting in audits and compliance checks.
Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and member account updates.
Support the loan application and processing functions, ensuring compliance with policies.
Preparing reports on member contributions, loan statuses, and delinquency rates.
Contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and document preparation.
Promote SACCO services and support member recruitment initiatives.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related studies.
Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Familiarity with SACCO or cooperative operations is an added advantage
