The ideal candidate will be integral to our growth strategy, driving the development and management of products that cater to international markets and meet the unique demands of our global clientele.
As the International Business Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and execution for our international digital banking solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, defining product requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, and customer support—to ensure seamless delivery and success of our products in various regions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design products that not only align with our mission but also deliver impactful results for customers worldwide.
The role requires a deep understanding of cross-border financial products, excellent project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Experience in international product development and digital finance is essential, as well as strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer feedback.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL IDEALLY HAVE TO:
Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction. Ensure alignment with the overall vision and secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage insights to refine product positioning, features, and pricing strategies for competitive advantage.
Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including business cases, user stories, functional requirements, and product roadmaps to ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
Build comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives, including defining target market, estimating revenue potential, establishing KPIs, and setting goals for market expansion.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop and implement features aligned with strategic goals, translating product vision into actionable requirements and prototypes.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring each stage meets quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
Advocate for a user-centric approach in product design, ensuring features address real user pain points, enhance user experience, and drive engagement.
Track and analyze key product performance metrics (e.g., usage, adoption, churn, revenue impact) to guide data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, supporting successful product launches, adoption, and market penetration.
Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, sales teams, and stakeholders to inform product improvements. Visit clients when needed to solicit feedback on offerings.
Identify opportunities for improvement within the product to enhance features, user experience, and technical performance.
Maintain and prioritize product backlog, ensuring the delivery team focuses on high-impact work that aligns with strategic objectives.
Write detailed requirements in user stories and epics, and provide necessary support to the development team to ensure delivery of objectives.
Represent the customer within the development process, championing improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
Coordinate closely with engineering to deliver products efficiently, leveraging agile methodologies with daily scrums, planning, and reviews.
Evaluate promotional plans, ensuring alignment with product line strategy and effective messaging.
Act as a product advocate, driving awareness and understanding both internally and externally.
QUALIFICATIONS.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, International Relations, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on international or cross-border financial services, FinTech, or digital banking.
Proven expertise in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, particularly for products targeting global markets, with a successful track record of product launches and expansion.
In-depth understanding of international digital finance, payments, and remittance landscapes, including regulatory and compliance requirements in multiple regions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, customer needs, and performance data to make data-driven product decisions.
Exceptional project management skills, with experience in Agile or similar methodologies, and a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and data analytics platforms; familiarity with financial software or cross-border payment platforms is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultural contexts.
