Qualification in HR Analytics
Honours in Industrial Psychology and registration as a psychometrist 

Experience

Experience in end-to-end HR operations delivery 5 years
Experience in Talent attraction and branding 2 years
Experience in HR Metrics 
Experience in working with HRIS 3 Years
Experience in HR and talent analytics 2 Years

Knowledge

Knowledge of labour legislation
knowledge of end-to-end HR functions
Knowledge of analysing HR metrics
Knowledge of talent analytics tools
