Job Description
Present, promote, and sell the company's products( A Healthcare Tech IT Product) to prospective clients within assigned territory and stretch-targeted geographical areas. ( Abuja, Enugu, Kano, Rivers)
Managing your own sales pipeline, in other words: prospecting, leading meetings/negotiations and deal closing with business stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Identify potential customers and generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
Collaborate with other sales team members and cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Stay current on industry trends and product developments, and be able to communicate them effectively to customers.
Engage in strategy reviews, development, and implementation
Conduct research to identify new markets and customers' needs.
Prepare sales reports and other reports as required by the team lead.
Innovate and oversee the sales process for the business to attract new clients. Identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
Research and identify opportunities that are present in existing and new markets. Qualify, modify, and secure business opportunities for the company.
Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to prospective clients and partners.(Hospitals,Pharmacies,Laboratories,Dentists & Opticians)
Create, develop, and nurture long-lasting relationships and partnerships with current and new customers.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs.
Answer potential customer questions: respond to customers' requests for proposal, and follow-up call questions. Secure, grow and retain accounts through proper collaborations with leadership and sales.
Develop and maintain a list or database of new prospective clients to augment pre-assinged leads
Maintain a database (sales force or excel) of potential customers' information. Use the CRM software to maintain a pipeline of all sales administered.
Suggest upgrades or added services and products that may be of interest to customers.
Proven ability to develop good relationships, internally and externally, and build upon those relationships to scale sales and partnerships.
Experience negotiating deals of various sizes and complexities.
Experience selling solutions to business decision-makers.
Requirements:
Degree/HND in marketing, business administration. A science degree is also an added advantage. Years of field experience without a degree will be considered.
Extensive sales experience.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Professional yet affable disposition.
Neat, well-groomed appearance.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Must be able to use MS office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint Etc
Target Salary N60k-70k highly depending on experience, talent & track-record. N25k Transport Allowance and N500 per Client signed onto our healthcare platform.
