**Responsibilities:**
1. Provide timely and empathetic responses to user inquiries via email, chat, and phone, addressing concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Assist users in navigating the app, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing their profile to enhance their overall experience.
3. Proactively monitor user activity and identify potential issues or policy violations, taking appropriate action to maintain a safe and respectful community environment.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to escalate and resolve complex user issues and contribute to product improvements.
5. Stay informed about app updates, new features, and industry trends to effectively support users and provide accurate information.
6. Maintain detailed records of user interactions and feedback, documenting trends and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Uphold company policies and procedures while handling sensitive user data and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.


**Qualifications:**
1. Ready to provide chat support in a dating app, and ready to engage in one one chat with dating app users
2. Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a technology or online platform environment.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
5. Empathetic approach to customer service, with a genuine desire to help others and resolve issues effectively.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
7. Passion for the online dating industry and a genuine interest in helping users find meaningful connections.
