GreenSpace is looking to recruit an Office manager who’s job will be to ensure that the branch office runs effectively on a day-to-day basis.  He/ She will be the ‘go-to’ person at the branch working closely with all departments and understand how they ‘tick’.
Duties will include:

Organising meetings and managing databases.
Arranging transport and accommodation when needed.
Organising company events and conferences.
Managing stationery and IT equipment inventory .
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
Ensuring the office is cleaned and organised.
Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
Processing invoices and managing office budgets.
Assist the branch accountant with basic accounting tasks.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
Organising induction programmes for new employees.
Attending meetings with management.
Keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews .
Updating financial documents.
Organize and schedule meetings, both internal and external.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and presentations.
Prepare correspondence, emails, and other official documents as required.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications on for the Branch
Maintain and organize files, records, and other important documents.

Qualification:

An OND / NCE / B.Sc. in Business administration, Secretarial Admin. Or related field is preferred.
2 years proven experience as an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager / Admin. Secretary, or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Highly disciplined

Prefered: Candidate must reside on the mainland (Ketu / Ikeja axis) 
Remuneration:

Salary Range:  N1,500,000 – N 1,800,000
