Their responsibilities include data management, employee services, and implementing best practices that enhance overall organizational performance.
The Shared Services team is dedicated to fostering seamless collaboration and effective communication, ensuring a smooth experience for both employees and the People team. This role encompasses key responsibilities such as policy development, providing support for local onboarding and offboarding processes, participating in Shared Services projects, and offering general HR administration support.
To excel in this position, candidates should bring proven HR experience with a focus on shared services and business partnering, expertise in employee relations and policy development, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, and, ideally, knowledge of global employment laws and regulations.
