Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to gather data on market conditions, competitive real estate, target customers, and supply and demand.
Manage and optimize the sales process by standardizing procedures and addressing non-compliance to improve the customer experience.
Analyze customer information to understand housing demands and project awareness and use these insights to inform marketing activities.
Prepare sales targets and plans for different timeframes and compile reports on sales activities.
Manage sales materials and oversee gift distribution and inventory.
Supervise customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance and manage the archiving of sales contracts and important documents.
Address and resolve customer and market complaints and oversee the implementation of solutions.
Provide feedback on market sales and customer insights and adjust sales strategies and plans as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successful sales and leasing management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and legal regulations.
Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
