Creation of routine reports and dashboards as required.
Establishing trends based on analysis.
Data mining and consolidation of product performance-related data.
Tracking of Customer dimensional data e.g. Average Revenue Per User, Average Days of Usage, etc.
Create information synergies between internal functions e.g. Marketing, IT, Network other BU’s.
Provide ad-hoc reports on request to facilitate decision-making.
Automation of routine tasks where possible
Assist business and technical users with resolving data integrity queries.
Create prototype solutions to assist business users with defining requirements.
Participate in the design, follow-up, and testing of new reports as required by the business.
Tracking Product levers such as Churn management, Up-Selling, & Cross-selling
Perform subscriber data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
Participate in new product designs and configurations, review and reconfiguration of existing Products per rules and objectives. Follow up on the impact of such changes and inform the business
