Provide first-level technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues.
Support the implementation of technology solutions for data collection, analysis, and visualisation.
Assist in exploring and adopting new technologies to improve operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
Collaborate with the technology manager , Program Manager and research team to develop data-driven tools and applications.
Assist in managing and maintaining SEMA’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues and resolving them promptly.
Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems by following best practices and protocols.
