We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Manager for one of our esteemed clients engaged in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Exports. The primary role of the job holder will be to manage the exportation of Steel Products.

Preparing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
Developing and implementing export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs
Establishing and managing relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents, and vendors
Monitoring international regulations and compliance requirements
Negotiating shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements
Liaising with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations
Developing and maintaining export databases, records, and reports
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Addressing customer inquiries and complaints
Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations
Planning and organizing resources against shipping and dispatch schedules during busy periods and holidays to ensure services are maintained as required
Planning and developing all PR elements of the marketing plan for allocated products/brands
Identifying, negotiating, evaluating, and recommending opportunities for larger activations and partnerships that reach across multiple channels, to secure standout presence and reach excellent press coverage, for integration into the plan
Performing export review and classification of customer deliverables on a daily basis
Evaluating processes to identify opportunities to reduce risks and/or costs for export control activities
Understanding and guiding on all export operations and compliance requirements
