Role summary

The ideal candidate is to help increase the company’s revenue by identifying profitable new business opportunities as well as develop long-term business growth strategies.

Job Duties

Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships to drive retention
Creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through the delivery of proposals and presentations
Set relevant performance outcomes(quarterly) for team members to ensure that targets are met
Understand category specific segments and trends in the recruitment landscape- working together with the BI team
Align with HR on sales training calendars and ensure constant training and coaching of the team, including ongoing performance management
Working together with the product team to ensure on going training for the teams on the various products
Keep a finger on the pulse of every deal, working with the Head of recruitment by creating a reporting cadence within your country Leading the sales team, and managing the current client base
Work with the marketing team on leads generation.

Qualifications

B.Sc in Business related discipline
7 years+ proven track record and experience in sales including at least 3 years in a managerial position
Proven business development experience ideally in B2B context
Tech savvy, and comfortable with sales tools such as CRM and PowerBI
Deep analytical and data analysis skills Experience selling B2B digital products is highly desirable
Experience with marketplaces/ digital technology is highly desirable
Understanding of the H.R recruitment functions and value chain
