Job Purpose Statement

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual for the position of a regional Bancassurance manager. As the Regional Bancassurance manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and managing the bancassurance operations in your assigned regions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the performance of the bancassurance team, ensure efficient lead generation and distribution through a referral app and develop and maintain strong relationships with partner banks.
The person will be responsible for opex, capex, volumes associated with job such as customer accounts and possible loss/impact on the company if an error occurs.
Day to day management of channels for both Life and Non-Life business with the bank
Daily call over with assigned bank representatives
Follow up with the internal teams to resolve any operational challenge
Maintaining a strong relationship with the first bank relationship managers
Manage and track the performance of all bank reps
Market and products research analysis. Customer product feedback and competitors intelligence.

Qualifications

 

Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized University (Business related  preferred)
Master’s Degree
Insurance Professional qualification is an added advantage.
Desired work experience:
5+ years’ work-experience, 3 of which must be in a sales.
Ability to develop and integrate organization’s strategies and initiatives with division strategies with supervision.
Ability as a negotiator to influence partners for better business relationship.
Strength in problem solution in a sales driven environment.
