Project deliverables:
In a bid to have the SGBV mentorship sessions for young boys and girls carried out, the SGBV champion will be expected to;

Submit a detailed technical proposal outlining his understanding of the TOR, methodology for carrying out the mentorship sessions and resource implications in terms of time and budget.
Carry out mentorship sessions on SGBV for adolescent boys and girls in 5 selected mixed secondary schools in Kiambu (1 school), Nairobi (3 schools) and Kajiado (1 school).
Upon completion of mentorship sessions, submit to CDTD a detailed report in relation to the mentorship activities conducted.

Qualifications and competencies:
This consultancy is open to an individual who meets the following requirements:

The candidate preferably has an undergraduate degree and/or professional certifications in leadership development; diversity, equity and inclusion; mentorship; and/or coaching.
The candidate should have experience accessing, tailoring and using mentorship and professional development tools and facilitating trainings.
The Applicants must describe and explain how and why they are the best candidate to meet the requirements of this solicitation by indicating the following experience in a cover letter of no more than 2 pages:

Leading mentorship and other leadership development programs
Collaborating and working with adolescent boys and girls.
Designing and implementing mentorship programs
Facilitating trainings, workshops and mentorship activities for adolescents.
Providing guidance, tools and leadership to mentors
Good communication, writing and reporting skills.
Ability to work efficiently and deliver on committed outcomes under the assignment within agreed timelines and deadlines.
Available to travel to project locations to conduct the mentorship sessions.
