Job Summary
IT Officer will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems/server, network infrastructure, printer and scanners as well as provide Tier-1 level support on the EMR to all users.
Other Responsibilities:

Providing daily operations, systems and technical support across the company
Verify functionality of hardware and software components
Conducting monthly system backup operations
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
Learning/mastering all aspect of the EMR while keeping up with the latest upgrade
Setting up accounts for staff on EMR software, educate them and resolve issues arising
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Maintaining records of software licenses
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related fields.
Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
