Job Description

Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive credit risk policies and procedures.
Lead the credit assessment process , establishing and maintaining robust leading criteria.
Oversee portfolio monitoring and analysis, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Manage regulatory reporting and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Build and motivate a high-performing credit risk team, fostering a culture of risk awareness and responsible decision making.

Job Requirement

Candidate must have at least 4 years experience in credit risk and portfolio management in a CBN licensed financial institution.
Candidate must have experience in credit and financial analysis.
Professional qualifications such as MCP,credit risk management certifications will be an added advantage.
Teamwork and Leadership skills
Candidate must reside in lagos.
