Job Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall management of Microbial lab
Microbial analysis of Raw materials, intermediate and finished products (RTD, Wine, juice):

Process microbiological analysis- i.e., Process Tanks, QC Tank Final Product, Surfaces wabs, piping swabs, packaging material swabs, general process microbiology and Personnel Hygiene hand Swabs.
Production line hygiene swabs and micro-analysis – i.e., fillers, bottles, CIP final rinsate on L1 &3, personnel hands swabs
Finished Products Microbiological analysis – i.e., RTDs, Wines post bottling or tetra(line 1 & 3).


Contract packaging – Tetra Pak juice routine microbiological analysis and COA development.
Develop hygiene standards based on periodic environmental microbial analysis.

Environmental microbial Monitoring –Cellars, Process area, Filling Area (fillers on L1 3), Water processing area, Canteen etc


Daily water microbiological analysis- Process Water, Canteen water and Raw water.
Bulk wine & Juice receiving- Initial micro load analysis.
Support ILEC analysis -microbiology test.
Ingredients micro analysis- Flavors, concentrates, colors, preservatives, stabilizers etc.
Handling Customer/ Consumer compliant involving micro-analysis.

Qualification :

BSC. IN MIRCOBIOLOGY (FOOD TECHNOLOGY OR BIOTECH)
  • Manufacturing
