Key Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated IT Director to lead the Programmatic Solutions team at World Vision International. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our programmatic-related digital products lifecycle, focusing on Salesforce technologies. This role will partner with the programmatic business to enable the measurement and achievement of our Organization's Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy for Programmatic Solutions, ensuring alignment with World Vision's strategy.
Technology Management: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Programmatic Solutions (including Salesforce Technologies), ensuring they meet the needs of the organization's diverse projects and programs.
Digital Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, including discovery, implementation, and ongoing operations and support.
Business Engagement: Act as a strategic IT partner to the Programmatic-Related business units.
Impact Measurement: Develop and implement frameworks and tools within programmatic solutions to measure and report on the impact of World Vision's projects and programs on communities, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure that all programmatic solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage an international, multi-cultural, multi-timezone, and high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence: Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of all Programmatic Solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Programmatic and Strategy leaders and Technology teams, to align Technology and Business goals.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget for Programmatic
Solutions, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery of services and solutions that support programmatic-related business.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Required Education, training, license, registration, and/or Certification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
Required Professional Experience
10-15 years of IT and business/industry experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
Proven experience in managing Salesforce technologies and implementing large-scale digital solutions (Salesforce Non-Profit).
Strong experience managing the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and operation.
Knowledge of Programmatic-Related business, including DME /Grants Management/Impact Measurement.
Strong strategic planning and business engagement skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, IT governance, and risk management.
Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
Experience leading Salesforce Technology-related Products, Teams, and Operations.
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
