To deliver the Annual Operating Plan objectives by supporting the Airtel Money and marketing functions through developing, and executing customer/result-driven communication strategy, in line with the overall brand/business strategy.

Developing, executing, and protecting customer brand love.
Ensure optimum brand awareness through achieving set targets.
Drive credible and positive take-out from all brand-related activities and communications.
Develop and implement acquisition strategies for the various sales verticals across Retail businesses which will ensure an increase in share of customers.
Prevent churn of existing customer base – Actively manage Churn and deliver customer retention programmes that will ensure increase in customer net additions.
Constantly monitor all indices to ensure performance against set target while ensuring remedial action for all underperforming initiatives.
Achieve brand recall through top-of-mind awareness and intention to purchase Targets.
Provide brand visibility support to the Airtel Money Team.
Prepare and seek approval of financial resources for brand communication initiatives for the department.
Effectively direct financial resources to deliver approved brand objectives.
Track vendor service level agreements and ensure adherence.
Driving team excellent performance and engagement.
Any other duties that will be assigned to you from time to time.
