Responsible for the following:

Prepares various agreements of cooperation and all other legal instruments applicable in the implementation of the programme and project activities
Develop a system for joint monitoring and reporting, coordination, knowledge management and cross-cutting issues of all programmes
Prepares documentation relevant for the various trainings, including modules, sourcing of facilitators and monitors follow-up activities to build relevant capacities.
Develop a database that will assist in the selection of resource mobilization and performance indicators that will be used in the delivery of activities within projects
Draft concept notes
Draft and submit Regional Programme Review Committee documents
Establish action plan and monitoring tools

Qualifications/special skills

University degree (BA. or equivalent) in administration, development studies, international relations or any related fields is required.
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management administration or related area is required
Experience working in international organizations is highly desirable Experience working in post-conflict countries is highly desirable
