Duties and Responsibilities:

Take the leadership role as the Team Leader and mentor the staff towards the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
Ensure the company attains the set targets in the following parameters; High standards of Customer Service, Customer Retention, Healthy Loan Portfolio. 
Develop and maintain critical relationships at the company to enhance business Development. 
Enhance relationships with partner companies, businesses and Institutions to grow business. 
Implement strategies on penetration of business segments, markets and sectors. 
Ensure staff productivity is maintained through support, mentorship, and TAT and customer service. 
Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements. 
Working closely with risk and compliance units to ensure effective controls to mitigate against business risks associated with our line of work

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a team leader in a microfinance company
Prior experience in handling salary advance as a product
