Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven business development experience, ideally within management consulting or professional services firms, or HR services firms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
