we are looking for a customer service representative to assist in customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, answering incoming calls, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Ability to Use Positive Language, Clear Communication Skills etc
• Most have self-Control, taking responsibility.
• Processing orders and returns.
• Keeping records of customer interaction.
• Minimum of OND/HND/Bsc in any related course
• Must be resident of lagos ( Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, island).
